The room was new-fashioned, moreover spotless for extra comfort. Air conditioning and tea/coffee were appreciated. The hotel had a central location to the Opera House. It was also not far from railway station and concert venue, the main shopping area, and the centre.

Its location within walking distance of Golden Mile Street was handy. Bars and restaurants were located close to the hotel;)))

My executive queen room was available with a safe box, central heating and an electronic key card. The bed was comfortable; and there was a jacuzzi.

The room was very comfortable, but the bathroom could use some updates.

I really enjoyed my stay and evrything was first class. I was however wakened several times during the night by noise coming from an electric unit inside a wardrobe.

Appreciated how stylish and upgraded the property was and its fabulously helpful staff in all areas. The room was neat and spotless for extra comfort, just what we needed. Having central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television was very convenient. The location seemed handy and ideal to the Opera House. A cool bonus was nearby Alans Causeway Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

Really good service from the friendly staff stood out, along with the vibrant atmosphere with live music. The food was a highlight, particularly the well-prepared grills, complemented by generous portion sizes. The inability to park directly at the hotel and the initial issue with my room setup were inconvenient. The mattress lacked necessary firmness for a restful sleep.

The location was great. Near the bus station and shopping. The room was very clean and bedlinen was so fresh and crisp. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and great choice on the menu. Would definitely stay there again and it was good value.
No I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice, friendly staff. Free drinks at the bar next door (which was great, including the food),. Extremely comfortable beds and good wireless in the rooms.
Bathroom is a little dated, but functional. If you open the window the smell from KFC is very strong.

The interior decoration, bar facilities (football and food), breakfast and helpful & friendly staff
The music from the bar could be heard in our room even though we were on the 3rd floor. However it would not put me off from a return visit or recommending the hotel.

The staff were so friendly and seemed so happy at their work. Most of the staff were local and so it was nice to hear true Belfast accents !!

Rooms were very good, clean, great beds and shower. Breakfast (included in room) was terrific with lots of choice of hot food and excellent continental buffet. Location in city centre is very good.
Unfortunately, when booking the hotel, I didn't realise that there is a nightclub attached to the hotel, and as such, is a very popular hotel for hen weekends. Needless to say, neither my father or I got much sleep on Friday or Saturday night because of extremely loud party girls on the other side of thin walls. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone hoping to get any sleep on a Friday or Saturday night.

Staff were fantastic. Lovely building, very handy having bar and restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was lovely, treat having it cooked to order rather than it sitting under hot lamps for hours.
I have stayed at Benedicts before in a double, found it alot nicer than the twin I stayed in this time although it was still to a good standard.
